First Contact

During our first contact, I will ask you to provide  description of your issue, what is your understanding of the cause and what you want to achieve. This will set the direction of your therapy and prepare you for the change.


Beggining

Problem Analysis Consultation .

This is the most important part of the program, and I am using this valuable time to ascertain the extent and nature of the presented problem, but as well to identify any underlying issues that affecting you.


Next

Identifying benefits of change and first therapeutic session .

This session is to help you to enhance your motivation and desire to change, but as well to identify what is stopping you from the change; on some occasions, this session is sufficient to solve your issue completing therapy.


Middle

Main therapeutic session .

Depends on what is identified numerous approaches can be used for example:

Systematic Desensitisation, Desensitisation, Silent Abreaction, Inner Guide, Verbalising,Direct Indirect Suggestion, Gestalt, Cognitive approach, Mindfulness.

This session often results in long-lasting changes completing therapy.


Next

Feedback and results .

This session is dedicated to gauging the results so far and to collect your feedback.

If your original issue has any underlying background you might relapse to old habits or you might feel that it is hard to stay and maintain change. This is an indication that advanced Hypnoanalysis techniques must be used to help you in maintaining change and to feel free from shadows from the past. Next session will be arranged.


Advanced  Hypnoanalysis/Counselling

Discovering the cause of a symptom .

This session is designed to discover and ascertain the nature of the underlying issue, and will dictate future actions.


Next

Age Regression/Parts Therapy/TA.

This is the main Hypnotherapeutic/Counselling session designed to access the underlying issue and make positive changes. Depends on the severity of the situation this part of the therapy might take one or several sessions to clear the past so you can live free from the past and celebrate long lasting results.


Endings

Feedback, results, success projection.

This session is dedicated to gauging the results so far and to collect your feedback, and as well you will receive last therapeutic session that will summarize and enhance positive changes.

Roy Hunter is the published author of several books that are highly praised by professionals, and he is an experienced Hypnotherapy trainer  with long exparience.



Kevin Hogan’s therapy model.


Kevin Hogan is the author of 22 books. He is best known for his international bestselling book, The Psychology of Persuasion: “How to Persuade Others to Your Way of Thinking” and “The New Hypnotherapy Handbook: Hypnosis and Mind-body Healing” (Network 3000 Publishing, 1999)



Chrysalis programs.


 

Chrysalis is recognized by Ofqual, whose role is to maintain standards and confidence in national qualifications.  They are listed on the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) which is the Government approved national credit transfer system for education.


I believe that to achieve long lasting results in-depth analysis, completing the full therapeutic program and client-centered approach is necessary. The change needs time and dedication from both Client and Therapists. These are the cornerstones of successful change, and I am committed to helping you to achieve your goals.

Session - £55 approximate 1 hour
